Adding an LDAP Group to an Organization Chart

To add an LDAP group to an organization chart, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out the organization chart to which you want to add LDAP groups.

  2. Open the organization chart. The context-sensitive Design tab is displayed.

  3. Click Add LDAP User/Group. The Select Users and Groups window is displayed.

  4. Clear the Users check box.

  5. Type the name of the group the space provided.

  6. Click Check Names. The group is validated.

    Note:
    If the group is not found in the directory then the Find Users and Group window is displayed.


  7. Click OK. The group is added to the organization chart.

  8. Click the save button. You added an LDAP group to the organization chart.

    Note:
    You can add multiple groups separated by semicolons. If you enter multiple groups, then the groups will be added to the chart in that hierarchy.
