Delete SharePoint Group

The Delete SharePoint Group activity is used to delete a group from your SharePoint site.

This activity allows you to delete a SharePoint group.

To delete a SharePoint Group, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out and open the process you want to edit.

  2. In the Toolbox pane, click Microsoft SharePoint. A list of activities is displayed.

  3. Double-click or drag the Delete SharePoint Group activity into the process.

  4. Link the activity appropriately with other activities in the process. 

  5. Right-click the Delete SharePoint Group activity. A shortcut menu is displayed.

  6. Select View Properties. The Delete SharePoint Group window is displayed.

  7. Click the SharePoint Group tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.

  8. In the SharePoint Site in Which Group Exists field, click the System Resource icon. A drop-down list is displayed.

  9. Select the appropriate SharePoint system resource in which the group exists.

    Note:
    If your system resource contains a data item, click Configuration values and enter a valid URL and credentials for design-time, configuration purposes.


  10. In the Group to Delete field, select the appropriate input field editor and set the field to a value that is the name of the group.

  11. Click OK. You configured the activity to delete a SharePoint Group.
