About
Optionally, you can have the Task Service delete a CRM activity created by a process when the process instance is cancelled via BPM Admin or the Bluespring API. This is helpful to users, because they will not have to work an activity associated with a process that is no longer active.
The activity in CRM will only be deleted if the process instance is currently waiting on the activity to be marked as complete. If the activity is already complete and the process is cancelled, then the activity will not be deleted.
To delete CRM activities when its process instance is cancelled, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process.
Open the
Assign CRM Activity
that you previously configured and now want to edit.
Click the
Data Mapping
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
Select the
Delete CRM Activities When Cancelled
check box.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to delete CRM activities when its process instance is cancelled.
