If your solution does not need a queue, you should delete it to make your solution as small and organized as possible.
Note: If you have configured other solution items to use this queue, then you need to manually remove the queue from those other solution items. BPM Designer will not automatically remove the queue. Validating your solution will result in an error if you do not remove the queue from the other configuration items.
