To determine the CRM 2011 record attributes to update with data item values, expression results, and literal values, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
Open the Update CRM 2011 Records activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.
Click the
Attribute Mapping
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
In the
Attribute
field, click the
CRM 2011 Attribute editor
icon. A drop-down list is displayed.
Select the attribute that you want to update with data item values. The selected attribute’s name and type are displayed in the respective fields.
In the
Value
field, select the appropriate input field editor and set the field to a value that you want to map to the attribute.
Note:
You can add more mappings by clicking the plus sign (+). Use the minus sign (-) to remove a mapping.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to determine the record attributes to update with data item values.
