The File Location editor is used to retrireve a file that is required for the completion of an activity from a specified location. The editor is found in the Invoke Web Service activity.
To use the File Location editor, complete the following steps:
In the relevant field, click the drop-down arrow. A drop-down list of available editors is displayed.
Select the
File Location
editor. The
File Location
icon is displayed next to te drop-down arrow.
Click the
File Location
icon. The
File Location
window is displayed.
From the first field, select the appropriate editor and corresponding value.
Note:
If you select
Run as BPM Server
, access will be granted or rejected based on the BPM Server credentials.
If you select
Specify credentials
, complete the
Username
,
Password
, and
Include domain
fields using the appropriate input field editors.
The
Include domain
check box is optional and requires you to select the domain name, if selected.
Click
OK
. The file selected is inserted in the field.
