To manually determine which columns to populate with database column values, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
Open the database activity in the process that you previously configured and now want to edit.
Click the
Data Mappings: Store Records
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
Select the
Manually Map Data Items to Column Fields
check box.
Select the database column, and data type from the corresponding fields.
In the
Data Item to store value
field, select the appropriate input field editor and set the field to a value.
Note:
Calculation data items are read-only. You cannot edit this type of data item.
Note:
To map more data items click the plus sign (+) and repeat steps 14 and 15.
To remove data item mappings, click the minus sign (−).
Click
OK
. You manually determined which columns to populate with database column values.
Note:
If you also select the
Automatically Map Data Items to Column Fields
check box, then the manual mapping will override any automatic mappings the Process Engine detects.
