About
Process Initiation activities are activities used to start a process. A single process can support multiple process initiation activities that can be used to bypass different parts of the process or to provide alternate inputs for the same process.
For example, you may have a process that you want to start when a document is received in a SharePoint document library or when a document is uploaded to a network share. The same process can support both starting points using the Receive SharePoint Event and Receive File Monitor Event, respectively.
This section provides information on the following activities:

Receive CRM Event
Receive CRM 2011 Event
