To remove all users from a SharePoint group, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
In the
Toolbox
pane, click
Microsoft SharePoint
. A list of activities is displayed.
Double-click or drag the
Update SharePoint Group
activity into the process.
Link the activity appropriately with other activities in the process.
Right-click the
Update SharePoint Group
activity. A shortcut menu is displayed.
Select
View Properties
. The
Update SharePoint Group
window is displayed.
Click the
SharePoint Group
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
In the
Site in Which Group to Update Exists
field, click the
System Resource
icon. A drop-down list is displayed.
Select the appropriate SharePoint system resource to update.
Note:
If your system resource contains a data item, click
Configuration values
and enter a valid URL and credentials for design-time, configuration purposes.
In the
Group to Update
field, select the appropriate input field editor and set the field to a value that is the name of the group.
Click the
Add or Remove Group Members
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
Select the
Remove Users from the Group
check box. The corresponding fields are enabled.
Select the
Remove all users from the group
option.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to remove all users from a SharePoint group.
