To retrieve entries below the LDAP system resource’s root location, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process.
Open the Retrieve LDAP Entries activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.
Click the
Retrieval Criteria
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
Select the
Include entries in subtree
check box.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to retrieve entries below the LDAP system resource’s root location.
