You can store the unique IDs of the CRM items that you create in the data items in your solution or process using the Create CRM Records activity.
To save the CRM recor
d IDs in a data item, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
Open the
Create CRM Records
activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.
Click the
Attribute Mapping
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
Select the
Store CRM Record IDs
check box.
In the
Data Item to Store newly created record IDs
field, click the
Data Item editor
icon.
Select the solution or process data item in which you want to store the newly created IDs.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to save the CRM record IDs to a data item.
