To save the results as an XML to a file, complete the following:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
Open the Execute SQL activity.
Click the
Save Results to File
tab. The corresponding window is displayed.
Click the
Save Results as XML to File
check box in order to activate the following fields.
Select an editor for the
Output File Name
field and set it to hold the name of the file. By default, the
Literal Value
editor is set.
Select an editor for the
File Location
field and set it to the path to which you want the file to be saved. By default, the
Folder Browser
editor is set.
In the
Authentication
section, select
Run as BPM
or
Specify Credentials
.
Note:
If you select
Run as BPM Server
, access will be granted or rejected based on the BPM Server credentials.
If you select
Specify Credentials
, complete the
Username
,
Password
, and
Include domain
fields using the appropriate input field editors. The
Include domain
check box is optional.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to save the results as XML to a file.
