The Classification Department worksheet provides performance metrics summarized by department if the user selects the question ‘Does the process involve multiple departments?’. This worksheet provides the performance metrics for each sub category within the department Classification. The detail level shows the contributions of each of the nodes or activities assigned to the given department.
Note that this worksheet only provides the ‘per execution’ statistics. To review the ‘per Item’ for the activities in a Classification, use the Classifications worksheet of the Detailed Analysis Report.
