Adding LDAP Groups to a Queue

To add an LDAP group to a queue, complete the following steps:

  1. Check out and open the queue you want to edit. 

  2. In the Design tab, click Add LDAP User/Group. The Select Users and Groups window is displayed.

  3. Clear the Users check box.

  4. Type the LDAP group name in the text area.

    Note:
    To search for a user, refer to the Finding an LDAP User/Group section in this topic.


  5. Click OK. The group name, the respective description, type, and ID are displayed in the Queue members table.

  6. Click the save button. You added a LDAP group to a queue.
