Searching for LDAP Users and Groups

 

To search for an LDAP user and group, complete the following steps:

1. In the Select Users and Groups window, click the Find button. The Find Users and Groups window is displayed.
   
   
2. Type the search criteria in the text area.
   
   

   Note:

   The search criteria could be the description, a part of the name, or the ID of the user/group you are searching for.

   
   
   
3. Click the Find button. The search results are displayed.
   
   
4. Select the appropriate user/group and click OK. The selected user or group's full name is displayed in the Select Users and Groups window. You searched and found an LDAP user/group.
