Automatically Determine which Data Items to Populate with CRM Attribute Values

To allow the Process Engine to automatically determine which data items to populate with CRM attribute values, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out and open the process you want to edit.

  2. Open the Retrieve CRM Records activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.

  3. Click the Data Mapping tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.

  4. Select the Store Results in Data Items check box.

    Note:
    If you expect to receive multiple records, based on your filter criteria, select the Collection Data Item check box and then select the corresponding collection data item.


  5. Select the Automatically Map Data Items to Attributes check box.

  6. Click OK. You configured the activity to allow the Process Engine to automatically determine which data items to populate with CRM attribute values.
