Writing the CRM Records to an XML File

To write the retrieved CRM records to an XML file, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out and open the process you want to edit.

  2. Open the Retrieve CRM Records activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.

  3. Click the Output as XML tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.

  4. Select the Save Entire Results Set as XML check box.

  5. In the Output File Name field, select an appropriate input field editor and set the field to a value you wish to use to name the XML file created to store your CRM Records information.

  6. In the File Location field, select an appropriate input field editor and set the field to a value defining a directory for storing your XML file

  7. From the Authentication section, select Run as BPM Server or Specify Credentials.

    Note:
    If you select Run as BPM Server, access will be granted or rejected based on the BPM Server credentials.
    If you select Specify credentials, complete the Username, Password, and Include domain fields using the appropriate input field editors. The Include domain check box is optional.


  8. Click OK. You configured the activity to write the retrieved CRM records to an XML file.
