Automatically Determine which Data Items to Populate with a CRM Attribute Value

To allow the Process Engine to automatically determine which data items to populate with CRM attribute values, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out and open the process you want to edit.
       
  2. Double-click or open the Fetch CRM Records activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.
      
  3. Click the Data Mapping tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
      
  4. Select the Store Results in Data Items check box.
      
  5. Select a data item using the Data Item editor icon.
      
  6. Select the Select Collection Data Item Member for Mapping check box.
     
  7. In the Collection Data Item field, click the Data Item editor and select the appropriate collection data item.
      
  8. Select the Automatically Map Data Items to Attributes check box.
       
  9. Click OK. You configured the activity to allow the Process Engine to automatically determine which data items to populate with CRM attribute values.
