Importing a Process

You can import an exported process from an existing solution. Importing a process prevents unnecessary reconstruction of a process and wasted time.
         
Note:
Prior to importing a process into a solution, the desired process must be exported from the other solution.
  
   
To import a process, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out the solution.
  2. Click the Create tab. The Solution Items ribbon menu is displayed.
  3. Click arrow at the bottom of the New Process button. A drop-down list is displayed.
  4. Click Import Process. The Import Form window is displayed.
  5. Locate and select the process that you would like to import.
  6. Click Open. The process is displayed in the solution.
  7. Click the save button. You imported a process into your solution.
