To schedule a process to start once at a given time, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
In the
Toolbox
pane, click
Process Initiation
. A list of initiators is displayed.
Double-click or drag the
Scheduled Start
activity into the process.
Right-click the
Scheduled Start
activity. A shortcut menu is displayed.
Select
View Properties
. The
Scheduled Start
window is displayed.
Click the
Scheduled Initiator
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
From the
Scheduled Initiator
fields, select
Once
.
In the
Date
field, click the drop-down arrow and select the date on which you want the process to start.
In the
Time
field, click the numeric spinners and adjust the value to a time at which you want the process to start.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to schedule a process to start once at a given time.
