Schedule a Process to Start Once at a Given Time

To schedule a process to start once at a given time, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out and open the process you want to edit.

  2. In the Toolbox pane, click Process Initiation. A list of initiators is displayed.

  3. Double-click or drag the Scheduled Start activity into the process.

  4. Right-click the Scheduled Start activity. A shortcut menu is displayed.

  5. Select View Properties. The Scheduled Start window is displayed.

  6. Click the Scheduled Initiator tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.

  7. From the Scheduled Initiator fields, select Once.

  8. In the Date field, click the drop-down arrow and select the date on which you want the process to start.

  9. In the Time field, click the numeric spinners and adjust the value to a time at which you want the process to start.

  10. Click OK. You configured the activity to schedule a process to start once at a given time.
