Task Assignment Activity

 

Business processes may require some amount of human interaction to be completed successfully. Task Assignment facilitates the necessary human interaction to complete the process in your solution. One option for assigning a task to a person in your organization is by using the Assign Task Activity.

If you are using Microsoft CRM or Microsoft SharePoint, then you can also use the Assign CRM Activity and Assign SharePoint Task activities, respectively to assign users tasks to be completed in those applications. The Assign Task Activity is generic and requires you to develop a custom interface that allows users to work on the task.
