Assign SharePoint Task

 

The Assign SharePoint Task activity is used to assign a SharePoint task to a user, group, or queue based on the selected assignment profile. Technically, any content type—not just a Task content type—can be used as long as the content type includes a Choice column and one of the options is Completed.

This activity allows you to:

• Assign a SharePoint Task to a User, Group, or Queue Assignment Profile
• Setting List Item Security
• Delete a SharePoint Task when its Process Instance is Cancelled
• Delete a SharePoint Task when it is Marked as Complete
