BPM5 Documentation - Changing the Solution Security Permissions of a Group or User

You can change whether or not a group or user has permission to change user permissions, view solution and solution items in BPM Designer, edit solution and solution items in BPM Designer, view processes in BPM Admin, and cancel and restart processes in BPM Admin with the following steps.

To change the solution security permissions of a group or user, complete the following steps:

Check out the solution.
Click Solution Properties from the Home tab. The Set Item Properties window is displayed.
Click the Security tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
Highlight the goup or user whose permissions you want to edit.
Click the Allow or Deny check box according to your preference for that permission.
Click OK. You changed the solution security permissions of a group or user.
