About
To choose a task name, the importance and the weight, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process.
Open the
Assign CRM Activity
that you previously configured and now want to edit.
Select the
Task Assignment
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
From the
Task Name
section, select
Use activity name
or
Define name
.
Note:
If you select
Define name
, select the appropriate editor that will allow you to enter or select a name for the activity that the user will see when he or she logs into CRM.
In the
Assignment Profile
field, click the
Assignment Profile
icon. A drop-down list of available assignment profiles is displayed.
Select the appropriate assignment profile to which you want to assign the CRM task.
In the
Importance
section, type the weight and priority in the respective fields.
Note:
Weight indicates the how much effort or time you think it will take users to complete this task in relation to other Bluespring tasks the user may receive. Weight is used by the Process Engine when determining which user has the least work load. A higher weight indicates the activity will take more time. Priority is a visual indicator to the user to understand how this task relates to other tasks.
