About
BPM Designer allows you to export a process in a solution, which is helpful when you want to reuse the process in another solution or need to send a process to Bluespring Support for troubleshooting purposes. The process is exported as an XML document.
To export a process, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
In the
Data
ribbon menu, click
Export Process
. The
Export to
window is displayed.
In the
File name
field, type a file name.
Note:
For consistency, type the name of the process in the
File name
field.
Select a location to save the file.
In the
Export to
window, click
Save
. The process is saved in the specified location. You exported the configuration XML for a process.
