Manually Determine which Columns to Populate with Data Item Values, Expression Results, and Literal Values (SharePoint)

To manually determine which columns to populate with data item values, expression results, and literal values, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out and open the process you want to edit.

  2. Open the Create SharePoint List Item activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.

  3. Click the Data Mappings tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.

  4. Select the Manually Map Data Items to SharePoint Columns check box.

  5. In the SharePoint List column field, click the drop-down arrow. A drop-down list is displayed.

  6. Select the list column you want to populate. The selected list column’s name and its data type are displayed in the respective fields.

  7. In the Value to write field, select the appropriate input field editor and set the field to a value that you want to write to the SharePoint list column.

    Note:
    Add more mappings by clicking the plus sign (+) until you have added all of the required mappings. Click the minus sign (-) to remove a mapping.


  8. Click OK. You configured the activity to manually determine which columns to populate with data item values, expression results, and literal values.
