Cancelling Activities

You can cancel an activity within a process. If the Process Engine has started processing the activity’s configuration, then the activity will not be cancelled until the action completes. For example, if deleting records from a database, the activity may still delete the records from the database depending on the time at which you cancel the activity.
 
To cancel an activity, complete the following steps:
  1. Open BPM Admin and view all process instances.
     
  2. Locate and select the process with activity that you would like to cancel.
     
  3. Select the activity from the image of the process in the center pane.
     
  4. From the right pane, locate the Actions. 
     
  5. From the Actions, click Cancel activity.  You cancelled an activity.
