Viewing an Activity Log

You can view information and error messages for an activity instance in a process. The messages will be helpful for troubleshooting failed activities and configuration errors. The available information includes time stamps, message severity (Information or Error), and the log message.
 
To view an activity log, complete the following steps:
  1. Open BPM Admin and view all process instances.
     
  2. From the upper table in the center pane, locate and select the process with the activity with the log you want to view.
     
  3. Select the activity icon from the image of the process in the center pane.
     
  4. From the right pane, locate the Actions.
     
  5. From the Actions, click Show activity information. The Activity Information window is displayed.
     
    Note:
    You can also double-click the activity icon in the process image to open the Activity Information window.

     
  6. Click the Activity Log tab. The activity’s log is displayed.
