About
You can view the state, solution, name, start date, started by, end date, and the duration of process instances in a selected runtime environment by viewing a process instance.
To view all process instances, complete the following steps:
Open BPM Admin.
From the left pane, double-click the
Environments
folder. A folder with the name of your runtime environment is displayed.
Double-click the folder with the name of your runtime environment. The
Activity Monitor
and
Services
folders are displayed.
Double-click the
Activity Monitor
folder. The
All
filter is displayed.
Click the
All
filter.
Click the link:
Click here to get processes
in the center pane.
Note:
You can also click
Get processes
from the Action pane
In the center pane, a process is displayed in addition to two tables above and below the image with process and activity, respectively, state, solution, name, date, and duration details for all non-cancelled processes. You viewed all process instances.
Note:
In the top table you are able to find out who the process was started by, this information will not be provided in the bottom table, which shows activity-specific information.
