You can cancel a process to prevent further activities in the process instance from being started by the Process Engine. You can also cancel a process instance’s child processes, which will cancel its parent processes. A process will stop after the activity currently executing completes.
To cancel a process, complete the following steps:
Open BPM Admin and view all process instances.
Locate and select the process that you would like to cancel.
From the right pane, locate the
Actions
.
From the
Actions
, click
Cancel process
. The
Cancel Process
confirmation window is displayed.
Click
Yes
. You cancelled the process.
