You can view general information about an instance of activity in a process. The following information is revealed about the activity:
- Process Instance Name
- Process Definition Name
- Solution Name
- State
- Date started on
- Date ended on
- Duration of time
- ID values

To view general information about an activity, complete the following steps:
- Open BPM Admin and view all process instances.
- From the upper table in the center pane, locate and select the process with the activity that you would like to view general information about.
- Select the activity icon from the image of the process in the center pane.
- From the right pane, locate the Actions.
- From the Actions, click Show activity information. The Activity Information window is displayed. The General tab is displayed by default.
