BPM5 Documentation - Cancelling Multiple Processes Simultaneously

You can cancel several processes at once by selecting multiple processes and then selecting the cancel option.

To cancel multiple processes simultaneously, complete the following steps:

Open BPM Admin and view all process instances.
Locate and select a process that you would like to cancel.
While holding down the Ctrl key select the remainder of the processes that you would like to cancel. The selected processes will be highlighted and the center and lower panes will disappear while multiple processes are selected.
From the right pane, locate the Actions.
From the Actions, click Cancel all. You cancelled multiple processes simultaneously.
