Using an Activity Filter Parameter to View Processes

 

You can view a specific process by entering a value for a parameter in the activity monitor.  Before using a parameter to find data in your Activity Monitor Filter, you must first Create a User Parameter in an Activity Monitor Filter

 

1. Open BPM Admin and Get process instances in an activity monitor
   
   
2. At the top of the center pane, BPM Admin displays a list of the available Parameters
   
   
3. Enter a value for a parameter
   
   
4. From the Actions pane, click Get processes
   
   
5. In the center pane, only those process instances corresponding to the supplied parameter value are displayed.
