You can view a specific process by entering a value for a parameter in the activity monitor. Before using a parameter to find data in your Activity Monitor Filter, you must first
Create a User Parameter in an Activity Monitor Filter
To view a specific process, complete the following steps:
Open BPM Admin and Get process instances in an activity monitor
At the top of the center pane, BPM Admin displays a list of the available Parameters
Enter a value for a parameter
From the Actions pane, click Get processes
In the center pane, only those process instances corresponding to the supplied parameter value are displayed.
