Change Scheduled Event Error Counts

You can change the Schedule Service Error Counts within the BPM Admin application. When an event has reached the retry limit, the Scheduling Service will no longer attempt to retry the event. This setting can be reset back to zero. This will force the Scheduling Service to attempt to process the event again.

To turn reset the Scheduling Service error counts, complete the following steps:

1. Open BPM Admin and select the desired runtime environment on the left pane.

2. Open the Services folder.

3. Select the Events option. The center pane will show all events and their corresponding error counts. Additionally, the Solution Name, the Process Name, the Delay Until setting and the Error count will show in the center pane.

4. To reset the Error Count back to zero (0), select the row containing the event you wish to reset. This will enable the Reset Error Count option in the right pane. Select the Reset Error Count option. This will reset your Error Count back to zero (0).
