Add Attachments to an E-mail

You can attach files to emails that are sent during your process. The attachment can be a file on your system or network, or a document template in your solution.

To add attachments to an e-mail, complete the following steps:
  1. Check out and open the process you want to edit.

  2. Double-click or open the Send E-mail activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.

  3. Click the Attachments tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.

  4. In the Attachments field, select the appropriate input field editor and set the field value to the location where the file is stored.

    Note:
    You can add more attachments by clicking the plus sign (+). Use the minus sign (-) to remove attachments.


  5. Click OK. You configured the activity to include an attachment with the e-mail.
