You send a blind carbon copy of an e-mail; if you do not want the primary recipients of the e-mail to be notified of the other recipients of the e-mail.
To blind carbon copy a recipient of an e-mail, complete the following steps:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
Double-click or open the
Send E-mail
activity that you previously configured and now want to edit.
Click the
E-mail Header
tab. The corresponding screen is displayed.
In the
Blind carbon copy (bcc)
field, select an appropriate input field editor and set the field value to the recipient’s e-mail address.
Note:
You can add more recipients by clicking the plus sign (+). Use the minus sign (-) to remove recipients.
You can pass multiple recipients in one field or data item by separating the email addresses with a comma or semi-colon.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to blind carbon copy a recipient of an e-mail.
