To send a notification message to the user assigned a task, complete the following task:
Check out the notification message you want to edit.
From the
Solution Explorer
pane, open the appropriate notification message. The
Notification Message Tools
toolbar is displayed.
In the
Recipient
field, select the
Standard Task Properties
editor. The
Standard Task Properties
editor allows you to select an Assignee and Task tokens.
From the available tokens, select
<%Assignee.EmailAddress%>.
Click the save button. The notification will now be sent to the assignee configured in the assignment profile that uses this notification message.
Note:
Notifications messages can be used by multiple assignment profiles.
