About
You use this option to write values to PDF file properties such as Title, Subject, Author, and Comments that identify the document’s content.
To set the PDF properties when populating the form, complete the following:
Check out and open the process you want to edit.
Open the
Populate PDF Form
activity in which you want to populate file properties.
Click the
File Properties
tab. The
File Properties
fields are displayed.
Select the file properties fields that you want to populate.
Select the appropriate input field editors and set the field to a text value. Users will be able to see these values when they open the PDF.
Click
OK
. You configured the activity to set the PDF properties when populating the form.
