LeanView allows the user to identify the presence of the 7 classic wastes and the associated annual cost.
In the process properties dialog, open the waste tab, check the wastes that apply and enter the annual cost. Value Path waste information will be summarized in the Waste worksheet of the LeanView Map Analysis Report.
