LeanView will automatically Compare any two Value Stream Paths

 

 

Simply navigate to the Analysis section of the LeanView ribbon and choose 'Compare Report'.

 

 

In the window that is presented, identify the value paths to be compared, select the desired report time units, and click OK.

 

 

LeanView will provide a quantitative comparison between the primary Lean performance metrics for each of the selected value paths inside Microsoft Excel.
