Improvement opportunities can be exported to Microsoft Project and Excel

LeanView provides Burst Shapes    are used to capture information about improvement opportunity tasks within the context of the value stream map.  Tasks and costs described in these shapes can be reported to Microsoft Project by navigating to the Export section of the LeanView ribbon and choosing Events à Microsoft Project.  (If working in LeanView versions 4 or 5, go to the LeanView menu and select Export à Events à Project.)  Note that this information can also be exported to Microsoft Excel.
