ProcessView’s Add/Update attributes functionality will add attributes to the shapes in a process model, but will never delete attributes. To remove unwanted shape data fields from a shape, follow the instructions below.
Select the shape or shapes that have the unwanted attributes. (When selecting multiple shapes, only the common shape data fields will be displayed.)
Right-click in the Shape Data Window and select ‘Define Shape Data’. Click here if you do not see the shape data window.
Use the Define Shape Data dialog to Delete the unwanted properties.
