LeanView provides the ability to summarize value path performance and improvement opportunity information in Micorosoft PowerPoint.
To create a PowerPoint slide deck summarizing value stream performance information, navigate to the Analysis section of the LeanView ribbon and select Map Outbrief from the PowerPoint report options. (If working in LeanView 4.0 or 5.0, go the LeanView menu, select Reports, select Microsoft PowerPoint, and choose ‘Map Outbrief’ from the list.) Follow the instructions to incorporate the desired information in the slide deck. Note, a Map Analysis Report should be created before using the Map Outbrief option.
